HERE'S HOW to OUTSMART YOUR DIABETES!

For more than a decade I’ve been helping people like you outsmart diabetes.

This is not your typical diabetes program. We will get to the root cause of what is going on, you will receive highly individualized care, and education you need to stop focusing on dieting and start restoring your body to it's original healthy state, so it will perform at its best. Say no to following diets, counting calories and measuring every bite — and learn to eat mindfully and intergrate food as part of your healing process.

Your blood sugar will come down. You’ll feel better — and you’ll need less medication.

WATCH FOR SYMPTOMS

Angela Manderfeld_Diabetic Symptoms_Cnstant Thirst_600

CONSTANT THIRST

The sugar in your blood gets filtered through your kidneys. Too much sugar in your pee means water leaves your bloodstream to join the sugar. That leaves you feeling more thirsty.

Angela Manderfeld_Diabetic Symptoms_Numb or Tingling hands and Feet_600

NUMBNESS OR TINGLING

Too much sugar in the blood can damage the blood vessels that lead to the nerves. This tingling and numbness can occur even if you have pre-diabetes.

Angela Manderfeld_Diabetic Symptoms_Frequent Peeing_600

FREQUENT PEEING

The more sugar in your blood, the more water leaves your bloodstream. That will cause you to drink more water and—naturally—pee more. If you’re “always” going, that’s a trouble sign.

YEAST INFECTION

Bacteria like to feed on sugar. If you have a lot of sugar in your pee because of pre-diabetes or diabetes, bacterial overgrowth and infections can happen.

Angela Manderfeld_Diabetic Symptoms_Weight Gain_600

WEIGHT GAIN

The early stages of type 2 diabetes cause insulin resistance. This means your pancreas has to put out a lot more insulin—which, because it’s fat-storing hormone, causes you to gain weight.

Angela Manderfeld_Diabetic Symptoms_Sexual Problems_600

SEXUAL PROBLEMS

High blood sugar and high cholesterol can lead to circulation problems — particularly in men, but in women too. These can cause issues with performance and desire.

Angela Manderfeld_Diabetic Symptoms_Unexpected Weight Loss_600

WEIGHT LOSS

Both kinds of diabetes make it harder for your body to use the sugar in your blood. When that sugar can’t get into your cells, they can never use or store it—causing you to lose weight.

Angela Manderfeld_Diabetic Symptoms_Extreme Fatique_600

EXTREME FATIGUE

When your cells can’t get the sugar they need from your blood, you’ll typically feel run down and tired all the time. Always feel like napping, especially after a meal? That’s a symptom.
